Team leader in a future-oriented financial environment is wanted for Athene Group!

We are looking for a sociable person who has extensive experience with accounting and consulting, and who thrives in an advisory role to customers and employees. We want a person who can solve challenging problems, both accounting-related and technical. You will maintain professional quality and be responsible for how we can solve the customer's challenges.

Tasks

  • Lead a team of up to 10 employees
  • Carry out statutory quality controls
  • Technical preparation of annual accounts and tax return
  • Resource person for tax and fee related issues
  • Customer meetings and counseling

Qualifications

  • Education at college level
  • Authorized accountant with experience
  • Experience with tax issues for foreign companies that sell goods or services to Norway
  • Technical preparation of annual accounts and tax return
  • Knowledge of the accounting industry is an advantage

System and accounting consultant Oslo

Looking to work in the interplay between the economy and technology?

Due to the increasing number of assignments, we are looking for a person who wants to work in the interplay between finance and technology. This is a position that suits you who are able to familiarize themselves with new tasks and find good solutions to streamline accounting and finance processes. We are looking for a person who has a generally good understanding of accounting and has an interest in digitization and systems.

Tasks

  • Accounts A-Z for own portfolio
  • Conducting implementations and set up integrations
  • System training internally and externally
  • Processing of support cases from both employees and customers
  • Participation in projects and delivery
  • Customer meetings

Qualifications

  • Education at college level. Long experience can compensate for lack of education
  • Interest in technology and system solutions
  • Advantage if you have experience with Xledger, but experience from other ERP system can make up for lack of competence with Xledger

You must have the ability to work independently, structured and systematically, and at the same time provide good service to our customers.

Authorized accountant or registered auditor and want new challenges?

We strengthen our financial environment with a newly created position as Senior Consultant for Athene Group! We are looking for you who have experience from accounting or auditing, who want to develop through assignments in financial management. As a Senior Consultant, you should be triggered by professional challenges, have good collaboration skills and quickly understand each individual customer's needs and business.

Tasks

  • Group consolidation
  • Financial reporting including preparation of analyzes, reports and key figures
  • Resource person for tax and fee issues
  • Technical preparation of annual accounts and tax return, also for groups
  • Consultations
  • Quality control

Qualifications

  • Master's degree, such as Master of Accounting and Auditing
  • Authorized accountant or registered auditor, preferably with accounting experience in real estate management, real estate development and power plant industry
  • Relevant experience with the group accounts, as well as good insight into consolidation
  • Good experience with technical preparation of annual accounts and tax return for joint stock companies and groups
  • Experience with IFRS and stock exchange reporting can be an advantage
